1. Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Mouthguards & Groin Protection (Cups & Supports category)
  • Customized BJJ GIs and Patches (BJJ GI Patches category)
  • Personalized Corner Supplies
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale”

2. The Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Instructions

Within 48 hours, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (4141 White Lane, Gray, US 31032)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely and include:

  • Original packing slip or order confirmation
  • Return authorization number (visible on package)

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days after processing.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
  2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label if needed
  3. Receive a replacement or full refund

5. International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
