PRODUCT QUESTIONS

What types of combat sports gear do you specialize in?
We’re warriors serving warriors! Our core products include BJJ GIs and belts, boxing gloves, body protectors, ankle/elbow supports, training apparel, competition gear, and essential accessories like gym bags and corner supplies.
How do I choose the right size for BJJ GIs or apparel?
Each product page includes detailed sizing charts. For competition gear, we recommend sizing up if between sizes for optimal mobility. When in doubt, email us your measurements and fighting style – we’ll recommend the perfect fit.
Do you offer customization for GIs or patches?
Currently we offer standard BJJ GI patches but don’t provide custom embroidery. All our patches are designed for durability to withstand intense training sessions.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for secure, fast checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and never store your full payment details on our servers. PayPal transactions are additionally protected by their security measures.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?
We process orders quickly to get you training faster! Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number if you need changes – we’ll attempt to modify if your order hasn’t entered processing (typically within 4 hours).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are my shipping options?
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL/FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch (tracking included)
  • Free Shipping (Orders >$50): EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch (tracking included)
All orders process in 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except certain remote Asian regions. International fighters note: customs fees may apply in your country (these are government charges beyond our control), and we can’t ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Track your package like you’d watch an opponent – with focused attention! If tracking hasn’t updated in 5 days, contact us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Initiate returns by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using trackable shipping – we can’t process returns for items lost in transit.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds process within 5 business days. Credit card refunds may take 7-10 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
